Civic Engagement & Community Services

Building strong communities for all

The needs of the Pacific Northwest are diverse, but the vision is the same: a place where every individual is welcomed, established, and empowered to thrive. The Murdock Trust partners with nonprofits to build strong communities and strengthen democracy, together cultivating a region where every person feels hope and steps into opportunity.

A few of the areas in Civic Engagement & Community Services we fund include:

Campus Ministries · Community & Economic Development · Food Support · Foster Care · Immigrant & Refugee · Public Policy · Retreat Centers · Think Tanks · Transitional Housing
