The Trust is excited to be participating in the economic development of the Vancouver waterfront that, once fully built, will house more than 6,000 new residents and 5,000 new office workers.
“A $1.5 billion project to redefine Vancouver’s waterfront reached a major milestone on Thursday with the first concrete pour at the site.” The 32-acre development will include a combination of living, retail, office and public space, and will become a “destination for the 2.5 million area residents in the Portland-Vancouver region.”
